AMATEUR RADIO LICENSE TESTING - BUSHNELL, FLORIDA
Amateur Radio License Testing is available in Bushnell, Florida. The testing sessions are provided by the American Radio Relay League, (ARRL), and sponsored by the Hog County Amateur Radio Association, (K4HOG).
When and Where
Testing is conducted at the Cross Connection Church, 1451 W Co Rd 476, Bushnell, Florida, 33513, the first Saturday of each month at 11 am. Walk-ins are welcome. Reservations are encouraged.

What TO BRING

FRN number
***You must get your FRN number from the FCC using the link below.***
Please go to https://apps.fcc.gov/coresWeb/publicHome.do before the test date to get your FRN number. Be sure you bring your FRN number with you as it will be needed.
For a New License Exam:

Photo ID. If you do not have a government issued photo ID, then two of the below forms of ID are permissible:

Non-photo driver’s license

Social Security Card

Birth Certificate
-
Minor’s work permit, school report card, school ID or library card

Utility bill, bank statement or other business correspondence that specifically names the person

Postmarked envelope addressed to the person at his or her current mailing address as it appears on the form 605

Cash Payment in the amount of $15.00
For Upgrade Exams:
